Travel Well is a homeopathic medicine which relieves the symptoms of travelling such as nausea from motion & sea sickness, sick headache, vertigo, upset stomach & gas, loss of sleep and drowsiness associated with jet lag.

What is in Travel Well?

Active Ingredients (in each tablet): Equal parts Anamirta coccolus (Coccolus) 30C, Mandragora officinarum (True mandrake) 12X, Zingiber (Ginger) 12X.

Inactive Ingredients: Lactose & magnesium stearate

How can the active ingredients in Travel Well relieve travel symptoms?

Coccolus, Mandragora have strong indications for sea-sickness, car-sickness, vertigo, and sleep loss.

Coccolus and Zingiber, the homeopathic form of ginger, is also useful for alleviating headache, stomach cramping, flatulence (gas), diarrhoea, belching and vomiting associated with motion sickness.

Zingiber is also useful for the kind of sleep disturbance that occurs after long periods of air travel.

Before going on long air flights it is advised that you take one tablet per day 2 days before your departure date. It is also recommended that you take one tablet of Colds and Flu Forte during and for a few days after flying to assist with reducing the risk of infection.

The dosage for Travel Well

Adults & children over 12 years: 1 tablet sucked or chewed every 15-20 minutes for 3 doses, then one tablet 2-3 times daily. Take between meals.

Can I take Travel Well with other medications?

It can be taken with other medications. If you have symptoms which are of concern consult your doctor or health care practitioner.

What happens if my symptoms get Worse?

Sometimes when there is a re-balancing of the body taking place an aggravation or ‘die-back’ may occur. This is the clearing out of toxins from the body and it is a desirable effect. The symptoms for this can be flu-like or a rash may appear. If this happens it is best to stop the medication, drink plenty of water and wait for the symptoms to go. This may take a few days. When they have cleared it is safe to start the medication again.
