Is Homeopathy Regulated?

In the countries where Stewart France sells its products all homeopathic medicines sold through retail outlets are required to be manufactured according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This is a world standard in medical a product manufacturing, determined and regulated by a government agency which inspects the manufacturing facilities to ensure that they are operating to these standards.

How quickly will a homoeopathic medicine take effect?

A homoeopathic medicine for acute conditions such a fever, headache, sore throat, or colic will work almost immediately, but a medicine for a more chronic condition such as cholesterol will take longer, and it may be a month or so before the symptoms begin to noticeably improve.

Homoeopathic medicines are very safe for babies, infants and small children.
However, in babies and infants some symptoms may be indicating a more serious problem and in Australia the Health Department believes that children under the age 5 need to be assessed by a doctor or qualified health care professional.
As a parent it is advisable to seek qualified advice if you are concerned about your child's symptoms.

What happens if my symptoms get worse?

Sometimes when there is a re-balancing of the body taking place an aggravation or ‘die-back’ may occur. This is the clearing out of toxins from the body and it is a desirable effect. If this happens it is best to stop the medication for a few days, drink plenty of water and wait for the symptoms to go. When they have cleared it is safe to start the medication again if it is still needed. If you are concerned consult your health care practitioner or doctor.

How do I take homeopathic tablets?

Give yourself about fifteen minutes before and after cleaning your teeth or sucking on mints or drinking coffee.
